SEXUAL HARASSMENT COMMITTEE

We are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all students, faculty, and staff. In adherence to the directives of the relevant regulatory bodies, we established a Sexual Harassment Committee to address concerns related to gender-based discrimination and harassment. Our goal is to ensure a secure academic and workplace atmosphere where everyone can thrive without fear of harassment or discrimination.

Objectives

  • Preventing and addressing incidents of sexual harassment and gender-based violence within the institution.
  • Providing a transparent and effective mechanism for the redressal of complaints.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and institutional policies regarding gender equality and workplace safety.
  • Promoting awareness and sensitization on issues related to gender equality and harassment.
  • Creating a supportive and secure environment for all members of the IINR community.
